acceptorIQ is committed to protecting your information. We collect only what we need to provide your payments review, and we never sell your data. Full stop.

When you use acceptorIQ, we may collect:

  • Contact information — name, email address, phone number
  • Business information — company name, industry, payment channels
  • Merchant statements — PDFs or images you upload for analysis
  • Usage data — how you interact with our website and analyser tool

We use your information solely to deliver your payments review and provide advisor support. Your merchant statement is analysed by our AI and reviewed by a payments specialist — this is the only purpose for which it is used.

We may also use your email to send you your completed report and, with your permission, occasional updates about acceptorIQ.

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or merchant statements with any third parties, except where required by law.

We use a small number of trusted service providers (cloud storage, email delivery) to operate our platform. These providers process data on our behalf and under strict confidentiality obligations.

We retain your submission and report for up to 24 months to allow us to support follow-up conversations with your advisor. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@acceptoriq.com.au and we will action it within 30 days.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@acceptoriq.com.au.

Questions about this policy? Email us at hello@acceptoriq.com.au and we'll respond within 2 business days.

By using acceptorIQ you agree to these terms. They're designed to be straightforward — if something isn't clear, just ask us.

acceptorIQ is an Australian payments advisory service. We analyse your merchant statements using AI and provide a diagnostic report highlighting fee structures, benchmarks, and potential opportunities. This is informational in nature — it is not financial advice.

Your report identifies opportunities and surfaces information — it does not tell you what to do. Any decisions you make about your payment setup are your own. acceptorIQ is not liable for outcomes arising from actions taken based on your report.

For personalised recommendations and implementation support, that's what our paid advisor service is for.

You confirm that any merchant statements you upload belong to your business and that you are authorised to share them. You must not upload statements belonging to another business without explicit permission.

We make every effort to ensure the analysis in your report is accurate. During our beta period, all AI-generated reports are reviewed by a payments specialist before delivery. However, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of every finding, particularly where statement data is incomplete or ambiguous.

The free review is provided at no cost with no obligation. Paid tiers (Advisor Implementation and Payments Optimisation) are once-off payments as described on our pricing page. All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
